The Second Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Law at Uruk University served as a distinguished academic platform for discussing legal issues associated with technological developments and artificial intelligence. The conference featured an outstanding collection of scholarly research addressing contemporary and diverse topics in both public and private law, including the protection of personal data, criminal justice, the legal liability of artificial intelligence, the protection of human rights, and the development of legal professions. The conference contributed significantly to strengthening academic exchange among researchers and scholars from various Iraqi and Arab universities and to presenting legislative perspectives that support adaptation to the rapidly accelerating digital transformation. It also reflected the commitment of academic institutions to employing scientific research in addressing emerging legal challenges and proposing appropriate solutions to them.
