دور رأس المال الروحي في الاستدامة التنظيمية: دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من الأطباء في مستشفيات مدينة الطب

يهدف البحث إلى اختبار "دور رأس المال الروحي في الاستدامة التنظيمية " في القطاع الصحي، وانطلق البحث من تساؤل اساسي (ما هو دور رأس المال الروحي في الاستدامة التنظيمية في المستشفيات المبحوثة؟)،.تم اختيار مستشفيات مدينة الطب ميدانًا لتطبيق البحث ، وتم استطلاع عينة عشوائية من 223 طبيبًا وشملت العينة مستويات وظيفية مختلفة تمثلت بـ(مقيم أقدم، مقيم دوري، طبيب اختصاص، طبيب ممارس).. اعتمدت الدراسة نهجًا وصفيًا تحليليًا، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان منظم. أجري التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام SPSS V.28 و AMOS V.25، باستخدام الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل كرونباخ ألفا وارتباط بيرسون والانحدار الخطي البسيط. وتكشف النتائج عن وجود علاقة وتأثير إيجابي وذو دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الروحي والاستدامة التنظيمية. وتوصل البحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات المهمة، من أبرزها: كلما حرصت إدارات المستشفيات المبحوثة على ترسيخ رأس المال الروحي بأبعاده المختلفة، كلما كان لذلك دور فاعل في تحقيق الاستدامة التنظيمية بشكل ملموس.
