أدى التوسع في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى إحداث تحول جذري في طريقة إبرام العقود وإدارتها، حيث أصبحت هذه الأنظمة قادرة على اتخاذ قرارات مستقلة وتنفيذ المعاملات القانونية بسرعة وكفاءة، مع الحفاظ على حماية حقوق الأطراف وخصوصيتهم. يناقش البحث المسؤولية القانونية للعقود المبرمة باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع التركيز على تحديد حدود الدور القانوني لهذه الأنظمة، وما إذا كانت تمثل طرفًا قانونيًا مستقلًا أم أداة تقنية مساعدة للمستخدم. كما يستعرض البحث كيفية تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على الالتزامات التعاقدية، ومخاطر الخروقات القانونية، وفعالية العقود في ظل هذا التطور التكنولوجي. توصل البحث إلى أن العقود باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي تمثل خطوة نوعية نحو تبني الحلول الذكية في المعاملات القانونية، لكنها تتطلب وضع أطر تشريعية واضحة لضمان المسؤولية القانونية وحماية الحقوق، مع أهمية التكيف القانوني مع هذا التحول الرقمي المتسارع
