    The Second Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Law at Uruk University served as a distinguished academic platform for discussing legal issues associated with technological developments and artificial intelligence. The conference featured an outstanding collection of scholarly research addressing contemporary and diverse topics in both public and private law, including the protection of personal data, criminal justice, the legal liability of artificial intelligence, the protection of human rights, and the development of legal professions. The conference contributed significantly to strengthening academic exchange among researchers and scholars from various Iraqi and Arab universities and to presenting legislative perspectives that support adaptation to the rapidly accelerating digital transformation. It also reflected the commitment of academic institutions to employing scientific research in addressing emerging legal challenges and proposing appropriate solutions to them.

    بهذا العدد الجديد والأعداد القادمة من مجلة أوروك (Journal Port Science Research)، تسعى المجلة لتكون من بين المجلات الرصينة في البلد والعالم عبر المحافظة على مستوى علمي متقدم من خلال بحوثها العلمية الرصينة، الأمر الذي يتطلب من هيئة التحرير أن تلتزم بحرصها الدائم لتأتي بكل جديد وكل تطور علمي أصيل يقابله التزام أتجاه قرائها بان تستمر في قبول البحوث وتقييمها ونشرها على وفق المعايير العلمية الرصينة لتحقيق التطور النوعي الذي تنشده بكل اعدادها العلمية وضمن سياقات العمل العلمي الأكاديمي.
    يتضمن العدد الإداري الجديد من المجلة مجموعة من البحوث العلمية الرصينة في إدارة اللوجستيك الأخضر والإدارة الاستراتيجية وعلاقة الجرائم الاقتصادية بالتنمية المستدامة والإجراءات الرقابية والإفصاح المحاسبي ومدى ملائمة المعلومات المحاسبية كموضوعات حديثة ومهمة جدا وبطرق تعبر عن تطور تلك العلوم. ويبقى سعي هيئة التحرير دؤوبا لتقديم أفضل الخدمات العلمية والأكاديمية وأن تكون محل ثقة الباحثين في نشر كل نشاطاتهم العلمية ونشرها بما يتلائم والسياقات الرصينة.
